Shipping options

  • Sea Freight

    FCL 20ft / 40ft or LCL consolidation. Typical transit 3-6 weeks depending on destination port.

  • Air Freight

    For urgent or high-value lines. Typical transit 5-10 days airport to airport.

  • Express Courier

    Samples and small urgent orders. Typical transit 2-5 days door to door.

Transit times are indicative and confirmed on each quotation.

Settlement methods

    T/T (Telegraphic Transfer)

    Standard bank transfer. Typical split: deposit on order confirmation, balance before shipment.

  • L/C

    L/C (Letter of Credit)

    Irrevocable L/C at sight for larger orders, subject to document review.

Bank details are provided only on the proforma invoice, never on this website.

Customs & compliance

Documents we prepare

  • Commercial Invoice

    Itemized OEM numbers, descriptions, quantities, and agreed Incoterms.

  • Packing List

    Gross/net weights, individual carton metrics, and container packing scheme.

  • Bill of Lading / Air Waybill

    Original negotiable B/L or Sea Waybill / AWB as required by buyer.

  • Certificate of Origin (KCCI or FTA form on request)

    Korea Chamber of Commerce official CO or bilateral FTA preferential form.

  • Export declaration (Korea Customs)

    Official Korean customs clearance certificate and tariff filing confirmation.

  • Cargo insurance certificate (CIF)

    Institute Cargo Clauses (A) all-risks policy issued for CIF shipments.

  • Country-specific documents on request

    For example SABER/SASO for Saudi Arabia, ACID/NAFEZA for Egypt.

Requirements differ by destination; tell us the destination country in Step 3 and we will list what applies.
